Shooting Victim Condition Upgraded

The man who was critically injured in a shooting Saturday at a bar and grill in Chisholm is improving in a Duluth hospital.  29 year old Cale Nelson was shot twice in the abdomen and has been upgraded from critical to serious condition.  Charges could come as early as today against the former Chisholm police officer who is accused of shooting 40 year old John Walberg to death, injuring Nelson and a third man whose injuries were not life threatening.  Authorities say the shootings were a result of a dispute between the gunman and his former wife.
