Man Found Burned In Virginia

Police in Virginia, Minnesota are looking for more information concerning an incident which left a man with burns over half his body.  The 21 year old victim was found lying naked in the street with his clothing found nearby and still smoldering.  A 38 year old man was later arrested on 1st degree assault charges and the victim remains hospitalized.
