Oberstar Wants Another Round Of Stimulus

(Washington, DC)  --  Minnesota Congressman James Oberstar wants Congress to pass another, more narrowly-focused stimulus bill that would include additional road projects.  The 8th District Democrat, who chairs the U-S House Transportation Committee, says one-point-three million construction-site jobs resulted from the first round of stimulus funding.  Oberstar predicts a continuing slow but progressive turnaround in the nation's economy.
