Eurasion Milfoil Continues To Spread

(St. Paul, MN)  --  Add another Minnesota lake to the list of those invaded by eurasian milfoil.  The D-N-R reports Pelican Lake in Wright County to now be infested by the non-native vegetation which crowds out other species.  Eurasian milfoil was first discovered in 1987 in Lake Minnetonka and has since been found in more than 100 bodies of water across the state since then.
