(St.Paul, MN)  --  Governor Pawlenty says he'd prefer to see Democrats' budget-balancing plan before moving forward with a bonding package for public works projects -- adding a plan is needed before the majority spends money.  Democrats yesterday decided not to send the governor the one-billion-dollar bonding bill the legislature passed because Pawlenty said he'd veto it.  Both sides indicate they're willing to meet to try to work out a compromise.
