Duluth Council Passes Snow Removal Ordinance

The Duluth City Council has approved an ordinance that requires landlords to clear off-street parking lots within 72 hours of a snowfall.  The measure was proposed by Councilor Jim Stauber who said if you are required to provide off-street parking, you should be required to keep it clear.  The council passed the ordinance on a 6-3 vote.
